Our Peruvian is a sweet, fruity tasting coffee with a complex yet delicate aroma that is alive with floral scents and fruit notes. This coffee has a satisfiing sharpness to it that few coffees can compete with. Not only is this a great coffee, it is also a Fair Trade coffee which basically means that the farmers who actually grow it get to keep more of the money from the sale of their beans. After all, aren't they the ones who deserve it? Our Peruvian is also a Shade Grown coffee which means that it is grown under a natural canopy of trees which protects the habitat for birds in the area. This a great coffee for anyone but especially those who are politically knowlegdable about how coffee are grown and sold. | |
