Instant Coffee High Caffeine?

Instant coffee is a powdered coffee made by heat-drying freshly brewed coffee. It is then freeze-dried in a vacuum to remove the water. You are left with the coffee solidly frozen and preserved during the process. But, does instant coffee have a high caffeine content?

The simple answer is yes, instant coffee does contain significant amounts of caffeine. The fact is that all types of coffee contain a significant amount of caffeine with the exception of decaffeinated coffee.
