A brew and grind coffee maker is an all in one machine that grinds the coffee beans and then brews the coffee. In this article we are looking at the Cuisinart brew and grind coffee maker. The Cuisinart brew and grind coffee machine was launched in 2002 and still proves to be the most popular grind and brew coffee machine on the markets today. This brew and grind coffee maker is lightweight at just 10 pounds and is approximately 16 inches high. Available in white, black, and titanium, there is a model to suit most kitchen décors. When you purchase the Cuisinart brew and grind coffee machine you also get a 12.5 cup glass carafe, a gold tone commercial style filter, a charcoal filter, a measuring scoop and brush, and 4 paper filters. To use this brew and grind coffee maker all you have to do is place your whole coffee beans in the top of the machine. Then you pre-set the machine to make the coffee when you want it, fill the water tank, and that's it. The coffee machine does the rest, grinding and making the perfect cup of coffee all on its own. One excellent feature is the gold filter provided with this coffee maker. This allows the natural oils of the coffee beans to merge with the water for a better tasting cup of coffee when compared with ordinary paper filters. This brew and grind coffee maker also works with pre-ground coffee for those moments when you run out of beans. All you have to do is skip the grinding process and place your ground beans into the filter. All the parts of this machine are dishwasher safe and the filter and grinding mechanism can also be removed for easy rinsing under the tap. Retailing at $99.00 the Cuisinart brew and grind coffee machine is a good buy for all coffee lovers. One word of warning though, the temperature setting on this machine can also be a bit delicate and it is advised to leave it at the manufactures pre-set mode.
